Before you reach out
A few things people usually ask first.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, almost always within four hours. If you submit the form on a weekend, you'll hear back Monday morning. For anything urgent, the phone is always faster than the form.
Is the 30-minute call really free?
Yes. No commitment, no engagement letter, no pressure to sign anything. By the end of the call we'll both know whether the practice is a fit — and if it isn't, I'll happily point you toward someone who is.
Can we meet in person?
Absolutely — most discovery calls move to a coffee in Summerlin or Henderson after the first conversation. I'll come to you if it's easier, or we can meet at a property you're interested in walking.
What do I need to have ready before we talk?
Nothing. The first call is meant to figure out what you need, not to qualify you. If you happen to have a lender's pre-qualification letter, bring it — but if you don't, that's one of the first things we'll work on together.
